Sometimes I like just making straight apple juice, which has a completely different taste than the processed and pasteurized apple juice you will find in the store. But to add a bit of energy to this recipe I love adding fresh mint. The mint adds an interesting and refreshing dimension to the juice.
Try serving this over ice at your next dinner party and you will definitely impress your friends and family. This is also a very kid friendly juicing recipe.
5 apples ( add more depending on how much juice you desire)
4 to 5 springs of mint ( add to taste)
Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would and for what fits best in your juicer. Add the mint first so the apple juice will push through all the minty goodness! Pour finished juice over ice and enjoy.
