Want an interesting way to spruce up your favorite carrot juice recipe? Add a few berries to add some depth and color to your morning juice.

This is a great juicing recipe for weight loss as well as it is loaded with nutrition and is relatively low in sugar.

3 Medium Carrots
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blue berries
Add the strawberries first and follow it down with some carrots to help force out all the yummy red juice of the strawberries and blue of the blueberries. Because berries are not typically as juicy, use the carrots to help flush them through the juicer.
