I love carrot juice, but what I love even more is when I combine some of my favorite greens in with the carrot base to pack in some extra nutrition. If you are juicing for weight loss this is a great way to knock down the sugar as well. I sometimes think straight carrot juice is a bit overwhelmingly sweet, so dialing it down with cucumber and spinach works great for me.

Ingredients:

4 Medium Carrots
3 handfuls of Spinach
1 medium Cucumber
Directions:

Wash and prep the veggies as you typically would. Add the spinach to the juicer first so that more productive cucumber and carrots push through all the spinach juice. And enjoy!
