This is one of my go to green juice recipes for cleansing or if I’m looking for a lower calorie juicing option. If you are juicing for weight loss this is a perfect recipe to rotate in with your other favorite juices. The cucumber helps to water down the stronger tastes of the celery and spinach making for a more palatable way to enjoy these wonderful cleansing ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 medium cucumber
3 stalks of celery
3 to 4 handfuls of spinach
Directions:

Wash and prepare the ingredients as you normally would and for what fits best in your particular juicer. Add the spinach to the juicer first followed by the celery. I like to finish with the cucumber as it is the most water dense and helps push through remaining juice from the first two ingredients.
