Whenever you use carrot as your main base, you can sneak in a wide variety of greens that are typically bitter if juiced without something sweet like carrot or apple. This is a great way to create a very healthy and chlorophyll rich green detox juicing recipe while still having it taste great.

I like combining in leafy greens that I normally wouldn’t juice to help rotate them into my diet. For this recipe I’m adding in some kale along with spinach to keep it simple.


4-5 carrots
1/2 cucumber
2 large leafs of dinosaur kale
2-3 large handfuls of spinach

Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would and what fits best in your juicer. Add in the leafy greens first followed by the carrots and cucumber in any order you wish.
