If you are looking for a beautifully green juicing recipe this recipe will do the trick. This is a great recipe for if you are looking for a green detox juice or a lower sugar and calorie option if you are juicing for weight loss. You can be flexible with which type of leafy greens you add if you want to play around with different taste profiles. I typically prefer spinach as it’s a more mild taste, but feel free to use kale or other leafy greens.


4 large handfuls of leafy greens of your choice
1 medium cucumber
3 cups worth of broccoli florets

Wash and prepare the ingredients as you normally would and for what fits best in your particular juicer. Add the broccoli first and your leafy greens to follow it. Since both of these are not as water dense, the cucumber will help push as much leftover juice from the first 2 ingredients through in your finished juice.
