This is a wonderful Fall juicing recipe that has just enough heat to warm you up during the cooling fall days. The sweetness of the apples and carrots is complimented nicely with the warming spicy flavor of the fresh ginger. This is a great juice to have before or after a meal as the ginger helps with digestion. This is also a great recipe if you are juicing for weight loss.

Ingredients:

2 apples
4 medium-large carrots
1 inch slice of ginger ( you can add more if you desire more heat)
Directions:

Wash and cut the fruits and vegetables according as you normally would and what fits in your juicer. Be careful not to use too much ginger as I can quickly overpower your juice. Keep in mind, you can always add more to increase the heat!
