If you love carrot juice and you love orange juice, this little twist on adds an entirely new level of enjoyment to an already delicious juice. Try adding a little mint to the recipe and it adds a wonderful freshness to this juice and compliments I nicely if you don’t over due the mint.

Adding mint is also a way to get some of additional energizing health benefits of this wonderful leafy green. Try adding just a little and then add more to taste.

Ingredients:

1 orange
4 carrots
4 sprigs of mint or more to taste
Directions:

Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would and for what fits best in your juicer. Put the mint through the juicer first. Peel the orange and put the slices through, and then follow up with the carrots.
