Garlic and ginger are two amazing superfoods with many health benefits. Much research has been done of garlic’s ability to strengthen the immune system by promoting the ability of white blood cells to fight infections and other immune cells to attack viruses and other bacteria. Thus, garlic has antifungal and anti-viral properties.

Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and has been used for aeons in homeopathy. These ingredients may provide a one-two punch in boosting one’s health and well-being via juicing as well.

Here is actually a great tasting garlic and ginger combo juicing recipe along with many other powerful detoxifying ingredients.

Garlic Ginger Detox Green Single Serving:

Yields: about 9 to 14 oz depending on sizes of ingredients.
½ cucumber
7 kale leaves
2 cloves of Garlic
½ inch of ginger
1 apple (Any variety)
3 stalks of celery
1 Lemon
1 Tomato
Note: For best juicing of the ginger and garlic, I load my juicer with 1 celery stalk and 2 kale leaves, then place the Ginger on top before pushing it down. Do the same with the garlic. ALL ORGANIC ingredients

Garlic Ginger Detox Green 48oz:

Here is a recipe so that you can make a bigger amount for your entire family or for storage. Remember to store in a sealed glass container preferably.
2 cucumbers
14 kale leaves – or 1 entire kale bunch
3 or 4 cloves of Garlic
1 to 2 inches of ginger
3 apples (Any variety)
8 stalks of celery – or 1 entire celery bunch
3 Lemons
3 Tomatoes
