With summer just around the corner, you might be looking to create some delicious low cal juicing recipes to ensure you look and feel your best in the coming months. When I think juicing for weight loss, I think green drinks. Not the fake green drinks at the store loaded with sugar, but rather beautiful leafy greens and cucumber based juices that help keep you cravings in check and feel energized and great.

Here is a simple leafy greens juicing recipe that tastes great and will help you reach your summer time health goals faster than ever.

Ingredients:

3 large handfuls of spinach
2 large leafs of kale
2 sprigs of mint (more or less to taste)
1 cucumber
1 apple
Directions:
Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would and for what fits best in your juicer. Put the spinach through first, following by the kale and then the cucumber and apple in last to push all the leafy greens juice through and enjoy.
