Here is a delicious juicing recipe if you are looking for recipes to help you slim down for the summer. This recipe is great if you are juicing for weight loss because it is relatively low in calories and sugar but big in taste!

The cucumber and kale lower the sugar and pack in the nutrients. The apple and lime bring up the sweetness and adds in some wonderful tartness. The raspberries are added to get a few more antioxidants without adding too much sugar.

Ingredients:

1 medium cucumber
1 green apple
1/2 lime
2 large stalks of kale (about 2 handfuls if chopped)
1/4 cup raspberries

Directions:

Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would and for what works best in your particular juicer. Add in the kale and raspberries first so the other more water dense ingredients will push the juice through. Add in rest in any order you like. Peel the lime and just put through the slices or squeeze into final juice and stir.
