This green detox juicing recipe is a surprisingly delicious juicing recipe despite being loaded with leafy greens and some other green surprise ingredients. This is a great recipe also if you are juicing for weight loss, as it is low in calories and sugar. The key is adding in lime and a little apple to take the bite off the greens.

The cucumber in the recipe also helps to mellow out the entire recipe and help making this juice as refreshing as it is nutrient dense.

Ingredients:

4 large handfuls of Spinach
1 green onion (optional)
1 cup of broccoli
1 cucumber
1 apple
1/2 lime
Directions:

Wash and prepare the ingredients as you typically would for your particular juicer. Add in the spinach and broccoli first so the rest of the more water dense ingredients wash all the nutrients through. Peel the lime and add just the slices through the juicer.
