In general most fruits and vegetables will be helpful with supporting a health immune system to a certain degree. Especially those fruits and vegetables with a reputation to be high in anti-oxidants such as citrus fruits, berries, carrots, garlic, etc. After all if you are getting the proper nutrition in your diet from juicing, you entire body will operate better, including your immune system.

That being said, there are certain super-star ingredients that have traditionally been used to support your immune system particularly
in times of needing to fend of or preventing colds and flus.

Here are a few favorite Immune System Juice Recipes

Super Immune Booster

1 apple
4-6 carrots ( depending on size)
2 stalks of celery
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 cup parsley

Super Immune Shot

1-2 limes ( or more.. enough to get about 2 ounces of juice)
3-4 cloves of garlic

Blend in blender. I prefer this remedy poured into a shot glass
so i can quickly shoot it down!

Super Immune Burn

beet root
ginger

If juicing with masticating juicer add about 3/4 beet root to 1/4 ginger and experiment to your desired “heat” tolerance from the ginger

If in blender add a little water or lemon juice. shouldnt be more than a few ounces as this is designed to be taken in a shot glass
