If you are looking to create a Green juice recipe that tastes good, but is also dense with nutrients, you will love this Kale Celery Apple Juice Recipe. This is also great if you are juicing for weight loss as it is relatively low in calories and the apple, which is used for the sweetness, is low glycemic so you won’t spike your sugar levels.

Ingredients:

2 medium apples ( red or green )
3 stalks of celery
2 large leaves of Kale ( or 2 large handfuls of pre-chopped kale)

Instructions:

Cleanse and cut the produce according to the sizes that will best fit into your juicer. Start off with putting the Kale in first, followed by the celery and then finish with the apples as they are more water dense to help push through the juice of the kale and celery. If you want a sweeter juice use red types of apples or golden delicious. If you want more tart you can go for a green apple.
