Pound per pound, a Kiwi has more vitamin C than an orange and each serving has nearly two and a half times the RDA of Vitamin C.
Kiwi’s are also a great source of potassium, more than a banana, and full of other electrolyte minerals helping to increase the hydrating benefits of the finished juice. They are also a great source of zinc, vitamin E and other antioxidants.
1 large cucumber
2 kiwi fruits
Wash and process the ingredients as you normally would and for what fits best in your juicers. Peel the skin from the kiwi carefully with a knife and juice just the inside fruit. Put the kiwi and cucumber through you juicer in any order you like.
