This mango carrot juice recipe is a wonderfully sweet and vibrant juice recipe that is high in antioxidants and excellent for your skin. This recipe is also a great way to get a quick energy boost and an even better way to get your kids to enjoy the benefits of carrots by boosting the sweetness with the mango.

Ingredients: (add more of each ingredient if making larger serving)

1 mango
3 carrots

Clean and process the carrots as you typically would and remove the skin and pit from the mango. I like to start off with the mango and use the carrots to push all the wonderful mango sweetness through into the finished juice.
