Simply Plum juice recipe, not to be confused with prune juice, is a favorite juicing recipe of mine as it’s full of nutrients and antioxidants and has a pleasant refreshing taste. With so many types of plums that have very different taste profiles, you can choose if you want a more sweet or tart by the variety you select. Try combining various plums to create your own unique taste profile.

Plum juice is often associated with supporting digestion and in weight loss with its role in supporting metabolism.


5 medium to large plums ( depends on “juiciness of the plums” )


Wash the plums as you normally would and remove the pits. Process through your juicer as you would with any other fruits.
