If you love juicing apples but need a lower calorie version this recipe does the trick. The secret is adding in enough cucumber to “water” down the apple juice so there is much less sugar in the final juice. I like adding in a combo of green apple with a sweeter red apple to add a more complex apple juice.

This skinny apple juicing recipe is great if you are juicing for weight loss as it helps you keep control of your sugar cravings, without adding too many extra calories.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Green apple variety
  • 1 Red apple variety (sweeter type)
  • 1 cucumber

Directions:

Wash and prep your ingredients as you normally would for your juicer. Add in the ingredients in any order you like and enjoy. If you want to further reduce the calories you can add in a little water in the end also and split the juice into a few more servings.
