Keep the calories and sugar down have obvious benefits, but the nutrient density of leafy greens and other green veggies, help give your body the nutrition it’s craving, thus helping to keep your cravings in check. Below is a recipe that is good balance of dark leafy greens with enough flavor to make it gone down easily.

Ingredients:

4 large handfuls of spinach
3 large stalks of kale
1 cucumber
3 carrots
Directions:

Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would for your particular juicer. Add in the leafy greens first so that more water dense carrots and cucumber will wash the other ingredients through completely.
