Looking for a fun juicing recipe to usher in the New Year that goes along with your resolutions for the coming year? This sparkling apple mint juicing recipe is not only healthy and delicious, but is fun to serve to your family and friends on New Year’s Eve.
The secret to making this recipe shine is add some sparkling water to the finished juice and of course serving it in champagne flutes or martini glass. Try to use all natural sparkling water instead of the more conventional carbonation added water options. It’s not too hard to find, just read the labels to find out which ones are natural and not.
The mint adds a wonderful freshness to the traditional sparkling apple cider you might be more familiar with.
3-4 apples (more or less depending on many you are serving)
2-3 sprigs of mint (more or less to taste and desired servings)
1 bottle of sparkling water ( or more depending on how many servings) You only need to add enough sparkling water till you get to your desired level of “bubbles”
Wash and process the ingredients as you normally would for your particular juicer. Add the mint springs first so the more water dense apples will wash through all the wonderful mint flavor. Once you figure out how bubbly you want your finish juice, add the juice to champagne flutes or martini glasses and top of the glass with the sparkling water. Happy New Year!
