If green is your thing, than this super green detox juicing recipe is up your alley. The base of this recipe is low calorie and low sugar cucumber, spinach and parsley, so this is also a great recipe if you juicing for weight loss. The parsley is a secret ingredient that most don’t think to juice, but is wonderfully alkalizing and is often used for detoxing.

If this is too green for you, you can add a little bit of apple, but just make it green to stay with the theme 🙂 .


2 medium cucumbers
3 large handfuls of spinach
1 cup of fresh parsley
1 green apple (optional)

Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would and for what fits best in your juicer. Add in the spinach and parsley first so the rest of the more water dense ingredients push the greens nutrients through.
