Here is a great healthy juice detox recipe that is also delicious. The cleansing star of this recipe is parsley. Parsley is a super green rich in nutrients and chlorophyll and has a long list of cleansing benefits. The rest of the base is cucumber and apple to help mask the stronger parsley taste.
The apple adds a wonderful sweetness, while the cucumber helps to water down the recipe and reduce the sugar and calories if you are juicing for weight loss. Try less parsley to start out with and add more to taste.
1/2 cup to 1 cup of parsley (more or less to taste)
Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would and for what fits best in your juicer. Put the parsley through the juicer first. Push through apples and cucumbers in any order and enjoy.
