If you are looking for a nutrient dense green juicing recipe that tastes great and can be enjoyed on a hot summer day, this super green lemonade juicing recipe will do the trick. It is also a great recipe if you are juicing for weight loss as it is relatively lower in calories and just sweet enough to keep your cravings in check.


1 Lemon
1 ? 2 Apples ( depending on how sweet you want it)
2 Large leafs of Kale
2 Large Handfuls of Spinach
1 Cucumber

Peel the lemon and put the pieces in the juicer, add the kale and spinach and push them through with the apples and finish off with pushing the cucumber through. The cucumber will help mellow out the lemon and the apple is in place of the sugar you normally would add to lemonade type drinks. Enjoy!
