If you are looking for a creative way to get a wonderful infusion of vitamins, this vitamin booster juicing recipe is for you. This is a powerful immune booster as well because of all the Vitamin C this juicing recipe has. There are also plenty of skin beauty nutrients in these various ingredients to help give your skin a healthy glow.

By using a wide range of colors and fruits and vegetables you can be sure you are getting a wide range of vitamins and other polyphenols associated with the various colors. The radish will give the recipe an interesting kick that I find adds a special taste twist on the recipe.

Ingredients:

2 medium tomatoes
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2green bell pepper
3 carrots
1/4lemon
2 springs of parsley
1 small radish
Directions:

Wash and prep your ingredients as you typically would and for what fits best in your particular juicer. Add in the parsley and radish first and follow with the rest in any order you prefer. Just add in the lemon slices not the peel, or squeeze into final juice and stir.
