This recipe also has a wide range of nutrients and anti-aging polyphenols. I try to use a wide range of colors as my guide to creating a well-balanced nutrient packed juice.
I represent yellow with lemon, orange with carrots, green with cucumber, celery and dash of parsley, and round it out with beet to represent red. The beet and carrot add a great sweetness to make this recipe particularly delicious.
3 stalks of celery
1/4 cup of parsley
Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would for your particular juicer. Peel the lemon so you are only adding the slices of lemon. Add the parsley in first so that the rest of the more water dense ingredients push the parsley juice through.
