By adding basil you give the tomato juice an amazing Italian twist and get to incorporate the antioxidant benefits of basil and the other benefits you get from juicing greens like chlorophyll.
4-5 Large Red Tomatoes
1 handful of Basil
Wash and cut up the tomatoes as you normally would to fit best in your juicer. Wash thoroughly the basil. Put the basil in your juicer first and follow it with the tomatoes to push through all the basil goodness.
