Here is a delicious way to slip some greens into your daily routine. The watermelon adds a wonderful sweetness that helps to mask the green flavors of the cucumber and spinach. The cucumber helps to cut down on some of the sugar and sweetness of the finished juice and helps if you are juicing for weight loss.

The tartness of the lime compliments the sweetness of the watermelon beautifully and then the spinach adds in the nutrient density you would expect in a great detox juicing recipe.

Ingredients:

1/4 of a watermelon (enough for about 6 ounces of juice)
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lime
4 large handfuls spinach
Directions:
Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would and for what fits best in your juicer. Put the spinach through your juicer first so the other more water dense ingredients will push the juice through. Slice the watermelon away from the rind and into cubes that will fit your juicer. Peel the lime and just put the lime slices through the juicer. Put the watermelon and cucumber through last and enjoy.
