If you love melon, you will love winter melons. They are also called canary melon or Korean melon and have a wonderfully sweet flavor that is slightly more tangy than honeydew melon.

Although not as common to find in your traditional grocery store, they are more common to find in health food stores that carry produce and in Asian grocery stores. They are worth the hunt and make for a delicious and nutritious juicing recipe.

Ingredients:

2 winter melons ( or more depending how much juice you would like to make)

Directions:

Remove the seeds and rind of the melon as you typically would with any other cantalope or honeydew melon. Slice the melon into appropriate sized pieces to fit into your juicer.
